In addition to skin examination our providers are trained in specialized diagnostic procedures. These procedures include skin biopsy, skin cancer screening, bacterial and fungal cultures, skin scrapings for microscopic examination, and Wood’s lamp examination. Skin biopsy remains the gold standard diagnostic procedure.

We offer full body screenings for adult and pediatric patients, as well as mole removal and skin cancer surgery. And most importantly, we maintain extensive records of each full body screening and use serial photographs with measurements for comparison. This has allowed us to maintain the safety of our patients for many years. The use of photography in dermatology has evolved over time and is now a very common practice.

Our wide range of expertise helps us serve your entire family’s dermatological needs including those of expectant mothers, infants and other pediatric and adolescent patients. While we mainly serve patients of the Greater Atlanta area, many patients come from far away for our expertise.
