Maddie is a board-certified Physician Assistant originally from Huntsville, Alabama. Prior to PA school, she attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and minored in History and Business Administration.

She completed her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Alabama. She trained in multiple specialties throughout Alabama and Mississippi, including elective rotations in dermatology and plastic surgery. While in PA school, she was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Associates, and Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.

Maddie’s passion and devotion to the specialty are clear in her interactions with patients and her approach to dermatologic conditions. Dr. Timani has thoroughly enjoyed training Maddie one on one for months.

Dr. Timani works side by side with Maddie on a daily basis with the support of a wonderful professional team, all striving towards one goal:  betterment of patient’s health and skin. Maddie is well versed in all dermatologic conditions simple and complex; she has a particular interest in skin cancer treatment and prevention, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and hair loss. Outside of work, Maddie loves to play and watch sports, travel, and spend time with her rescue dog, Dolly.
